Please Provide as much information as you can about the dog, location, and situation. Also please let us know if you would be willing to be contacted if we need anymore information or would like an update when we have one. These reports are all kept anonymous. Please keep in mind that we will do a check as soon as we have someone available to do so. We are a small group of volunteers and do our best to be out as soon as we can.
